What are your favorite animals?
My answer would be fish.
There is something I love about aquarium life. It requires no physical contact.. you don’t need to hold them or pet them like other animals. They are independent souls. As long as the tank is set up right, they just exist. No complaints, and no guilt trips when I’m busy or away.
The aquarium itself becomes a canvas. I can decorate it as creatively as I want, and the fish never mind. They are a feast for the eyes.. a living, breathing form of therapy that brings me total calmness.
Best of all, they are quiet. No barking, no meowing—just silent beauty. 🐟
